Fillers are available with different viscosity for different areas. In general, the thicker the filler product, the deeper it will be injected into the dermal layer of the skin to help even out fine to deep lines and wrinkles. Fillers are mixed with a local anaesthetic, so the injections are comfortable. A topical anaesthetic cream can also be applied to help make it more comfortable.
